Hair Extensions Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit is required for all Hair Extension appointments including installations,  retightenings, retapings and consultations at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The Hair Extension deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your hair extension installation or maintenance appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for at least 48 hours notice, as a courtesy, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future hair extension appointment if you give at least 48 hours notice. This includes Installation and Maintenance of Hair Extensions.

We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

We kindly ask all clients to attend their appointments on time.  If you are late to an appointment by more than 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Once a new set of hair extensions has been installed into the client’s hair there will be no refunds or exchange.

Tape, keratin bond, weft, nano hair extensions are Exclusive to Hair Colosseum and are to be maintained only by us.
